Maybe I am just missing something, but a father of a small child who hasn’t seen his dad in over half a year, while he is fighting in a war overseas, where American solders die everyday. Seeing and embracing his son for the first time, please explain how that was even remotely funny?

Maybe I am just missing something, but a father of a small child who hasn’t seen his dad in over half a year, while he is fighting in a war overseas, where American solders die everyday. Seeing and embracing his son for the first time, please explain how that was even remotely funny?
I loved the part where he stepped on the rake.
In all seriousness, it was a touching moment ruined by slow motion, music, and general sense-stimulating editing.

BTW I figured thats what you were talking about. I played it twice wanting to see the "story". But I guess that is all they aired.
