For some reason I'm getting constant lag spikes in sRs server.It's not normal lag either.My ping stays very steady at around 38-40 and the game runs really smooth then every 10-15 seconds I'll get a lag spike usually about a second long , but somtimes I'll lag as long as 5-6 seconds or so.Usually a lag spike this long and I'll get the ''connection problem'' message however I haven't got any in the sRs server when this happens. I started to think it was my dino PC , but any other server I play in with a ping that low and steady runs pretty smooth.The only other time I've had lag like this everyone else in the server was getting it too , but it seems everyone I talk to says they run fine in there.My ping did jump over 400 and 600 last time I was in there , but for the most part it stayed steady at around 40.I lagged long enough a hand full of times to fall 100 feet from the sky and crash and my ping never even changed. I have had alot of problems with my ping jumping around while gaming since I switched to dsl.Is it possible my ping is actually jumping around and for what ever reason the server isn't displaying it?Or could somthing else be going on? Any help would be much appreciated

Some firewalls and and anti-virus/anti-spyware software can conflict with our additional PB MD5 checks. Our PB periodically scans all players' memory for known hacks. You may want to check programs and scans, that run in the background, and disable them. Inversely, it could just be a bad hop from your hub to Dallas. I've seen your ping jump up, intermittently. Next time you're in TS, I can change PB settings and test your connection, to try and narrow it down.

Also it might help if you stop downloading your gay and animal porn, and turn off your hacks. =)

Alright I'll try and pick up a mic and catch you on ts tonight.Old one kept going out , got tired of messing with it and just trashed it.
