Hello!

So, we have some changes to the officer line up. We have a couple officers moving to "inactive" status (one will be coming back eventually) and a couple new non-officer appointments.

First and foremost, please make sure when you see these guys, you thank them for the time they put in Folks agree to do this in their spare time, and sometimes, it can be in their non spare time too. They were / are both great officers and people and I am really grateful for the time they put in:

Nukey: With his new job, his playtime is limited until after the first of the year. During this time, he will be set to inactive. When he comes back, he will become an officer again. But for now, he has it on easy street, since he is unable to play much.

Jug: Unfortunately, I have not heard from Jug in awhile The last I heard was that his job was running him ragged. Hopefully he will be able to come back to us soon. He will also be moved to inactive status - but since I have not heard from him, I am not sure what his intentions are on returning.

To help with guild stuff, we have two volunteers that stepped up. Before we go any farther, I want to stress that these are non-officer spots. So be nice

Kip: Kip has offered to help lead T2/T3 pug raids. This is a void we have had for a little bit. Even though the officers and I think Kip shows a lot of promise - he has only been here a couple weeks and making him an officer this soon would not be fair to him or us. So, he is being made "Raid Leader". After the holidays, he intends to run some regular T2/T3 PuGs on Saturdays, and we will take it from there After a few months, if we see he is happy, we are happy, and YOU are happy - then we will revisit the officer thing again. But please give him the same amount of respect you give me during raids. Leading raids, pugs especially, is not an easy thing to do.

Exuun: Cause Exuun is a super awesome guy, he has offered to help out processing applications temporarly. He is not taking back his old spot - just giving me some much needed help. So, if you see him process applications and invite folks, please thank him for helping during this crazy time
