That's the combat monitor Georgetta and I use to call things in raids. I don't use any custom stuff so I think it's fully functional and fine without the "premium" version which will be available in a few months. Free version should be fine.

Do EEEET. Works great in raids and 6mans almost every pve encounter in the game. It's just an overlay with some sound effects to tell you whats happening as far as timers for boss abilities, who goads, who used a bubble, etc.
