Our Battlefield members have created their own Social Rejects server for folks to play on! :) This is mostly a public server, so we are going to have some new folks come to our site that are not necessarily Social Reject members.

So, we had to make some forum changes:

You'll notice new Battlefield forumsThese may get tweaked over time.

Had to change how regular Registered Users work. These were folks that just come to the forum and sign up for an account - non trials / members. Our non-internal game forums (like General Discussion, and public Game forums) are going to be hidden from them - to prevent possible trolling / harassing of actual guild members. Our internal game forums are still internal to just Social Reject members. I also disabled the Shoutbox for the Registered Users group.

Changed the Application Forum. Folks looking for the Social Rejects guild just need to post in that forum and we can add them to the user group to see our "non-internal" game forums

Over the next week or two, Ill probably make some more tweaks. Specifically around permissions on articles and forum pruning (the list is getting long and I may collapse some inactive games).

TLDR: Go Battlefield folks for creating your own server! Rejects, if you encounter any weirdness on the forums - permission or functionality wise - please let me know.

I can assure you that trolls will follow...so your efforts are not in vain.

Yes..it should be fun.  As time goes by and players get used to frequenting these forums for BF42 is could get interesting.

I don't expect much traffic too soon...mostly it will be the diehards that get banned coming here to plead their cases.

We have a lot of great admins that I mostly cherry picked myself with consent of our team.  All are adults, experienced and capable...err wait what are we doing here? :P
