Bludstealer has been promoted to rank Commandant.

Nukey was a Jr. Officer and we just promoted him to be a full officer. 8O This is in anticipation of stuff picking up after the merge. He will still continue in his general purpose role - meaning he will help where he is needed. That could be recruitment, PvE, PvP, PARTY, etc
