Highest paid man at EPA (higher than the head) defraud EPA and taxpayers for 12 years.
Lies and says he worked for the CIA at the same time and gets EPA to pay for 5 star hotel trip after trips. Also gets handicap perks since he got malaria from "Nam". For 18 month stretchs he just didn't show up for work saying that he's gotta go back to Pakistan cus the person who replaced him in Pakistan got kidnapped.

The only reason why he was caught was b/c he got greedy. He was still getting paid by the EPA after he hosted his retirement party. So they thought it was weird and investigated him and it turns out, he's never been to Langley. Now he's going to jail and fined around 1.4mil.
