The steam controller + steam link looks interesting. Like Chromecast for Steam.

 

The other two console options seem pricey. I dunno, I would have to see how the first generation machines preform. I remember the first few times I got a Playstation / Xbox when it came out, there was like a 2nd gen machine that fixed all the 1st gen machines bugs.

 

Anyone planning on buying any of them?

I'm interested in the controller. I already have a wireless 360 controller for pc games but would like to try the valve one. We installed keystone panels in our house and put hdmi and ethernet on them so I have my pc in the office connected to the tv in the living room. Once the steam summer sale starts I am buying a bunch of stuff to actually play on it. We have just been using it for streaming so far.
