Ello from Chim Chim.  We all know the game has been on for quite awhile and that we have played a lonnnnnnnnnnnng time.

What did you use when you first got in game?

I think I had a DEll desktop Pentium III...with a 4mb video card....thought I was the shitz....until

the guy next to me had a Radio Shack 8mb video card....

I musta had a dialup connection then? 56k?  but I don't remember!!!!  The lan parties will filled with

open pc boxes that were taped together with duct tape...hahah...

I did not play BF.... but my first computer  that I did any real gaming on was a Compaq Presario. This was about 1995 / 1996. At first, I had a 56k modem - but I was one of the first beta testers of Roadrunner, thankfully :) It was not long after before I built my own PC.

 

Before this, I had the standard Apple II E's, IBM DOS PC, etc.

56k is luxurious.  I started with 300bps
